Hi there! I'm Priyanka Vergadia, and I like to think of myself as a builder, storyteller, and tech enthusiast on a mission. Buckle up, because I've got a wild ride of experiences to share!

My love affair with technology started way back when I was just a kid, tinkering with pixels and dreaming up digital worlds. Fast forward a few years (and an MBA from Wharton!), and I found myself at the forefront of cloud computing, helping businesses leverage the power of the Google Cloud Platform. My passion for making complex concepts clear led me to write "Visualizing Google Cloud," which, to my absolute delight, became the #1 best-selling book in its category!

But tech isn't just about lines of code; it's about the people who bring those lines to life. That's why I'm so passionate about developer advocacy. As the Head of North America Developer Advocacy at Google, I get to work with a fantastic team of experts who are all about empowering developers with the knowledge and resources they need to do their best work. And let me tell you, there's nothing more rewarding than seeing that light bulb moment click on for someone!

Speaking of sparking ideas, I also love teaching. Being a faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania and serving on their board is an incredible privilege. Getting to mentor the next generation of tech minds and witness their creativity blossom is pure magic.

As a woman in tech, I'm acutely aware of the challenges we face. That's why I'm so proud to be part of initiatives like Women Who Code, where we celebrate the achievements of women in the field and work to create a more inclusive and equitable tech landscape. Being named one of their Top 100 Women in Tech was a real honor, and it fuels my fire to keep pushing for progress.

Of course, life isn't all about ones and zeros. I'm a big believer in giving back to the community, and I'm involved in various initiatives that are close to my heart. Whether it's supporting STEM education for underprivileged kids or promoting diversity in the tech workforce, I believe we all have a responsibility to make the world a better place.

That's me in a nutshell! A builder, storyteller, and tech enthusiast on a mission to empower others, break barriers, and maybe even have a little fun along the way. If you're looking for inspiration, a helping hand, or just someone to geek out about the latest tech trends, hit me up! I'm always up for a good conversation.

And remember, the sky's the limit when it comes to what you can achieve with a little bit of passion, perseverance, and maybe a sprinkle of code.
